10 commandments of being a recruiter #10... It’s your choice...

The type of recruiter you choose to become is of course your choice.  But before you don your spurs, leather chaps and Stetson think about what type of recruiter you would like to be.  When you are asked what you do for a living, think about the response you would like to give.

Recruitment is a tough, demanding and often thankless task.  When it goes badly it can be a car crash.  When it goes well you will get your rewards here and in heaven.  You are a karma giver, a life changer; you give people hope of a better lifestyle, a house for their family, a school for their kids and the satisfaction of doing something worthwhile.
