Strategic TA Consulting

You're a TA leader who knows something isn't working but can't get traction on fixing it. I come in, diagnose the problem, and help you build a plan that holds up to scrutiny. No drama, no theatrics and no frameworks for the sake of it.

The Marzipan Layer

Most TA leaders know something is blocking them from real strategic influence. I call it the Marzipan Layer: the dense, sticky middle of an organisation that looks solid but stops everything getting through. I've built a framework, a diagnostic, and a course around it. What I’m thinking about right now.

I've spent over 20 years in talent acquisition, in-house, embedded, and advisory. I founded immersive, an embedded TA firm, built it, and sold it to The Rec Hub in 2025, where I now work as Talent Strategy Director, helping global talent acquisition leaders build high-performing teams.

I'm not a theorist. I've done the hiring, led the teams, rebuilt the functions, and had the difficult conversations with leadership that most people avoid.
