Why we partnered with Phenom People...

Hopefully, you will have seen my update on my decision to rebrand my global consulting business to DANGERFIELD.  If you missed it [click here]  to see the open letter.  We have also added a new partners page [click here] to our website.

You will see there that we have entered into formal agreements with a number of key partners that we can work with, add value to our client relationships and have products or services that are interesting.  To extend and maintain our global reputation we have entered into a new partnership with Phenom People.

They are a global organisation that has introduced the concept of Talent Relationship Marketing to complement the traditional job advertisement-based recruitment model.   Aimed firmly at the corporate end of the market it allows organisations to create an enhanced/better candidate experience by personalisation of the careers site, encouraging inbound activity complete with CRM functionality for recruitment lead capturing. 

It is ATS agnostic so will working with Oracle, IBM, SAP or any other.  It is (as I write this) the only recruitment CRM to integrate directly into Workday which given the huge move to Workday can only be a good thing for the corporate space.

So overall, a great solution for larger corporations with legacy and preferred recruitment tools and processes. It is much faster and easier to implement than other platforms as you can keep your existing back office processes and still reap the benefits of modern marketing and sales tools designed to help your recruiters to be more productive.
