Best of… blog post with the word convergence…
In what was one of my more mature posts I explored the increasingly transactional nature of our industry. In Human Being... I looked at what that meant to us both as recruiters and as candidates. This debate continues I am not sure any of can genuinely say we have cracked it completely. I guess the question is whether it has got any worse.
