Starting his career in technology, Martin moved into recruitment post-dot-com boom, looking at how things were done in a different way. But it wasn’t until he moved in-house that he understood the impact that a dedicated, branded approach can have on a company.

That candidates trust recruiters in-house looking out more than they trust external agency recruiters looking in.

As a result, he launched the embedded recruitment firm, immersive and worked with talent acquisition leadership teams from the likes of Software AG, Takeda, and Qorvo through to startup founders and Venture Capitalists on a global basis.
